They do not confer academic credit and are not degrees, diplomas, or formal certificates as defined by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). Any tuition adjustment eligibility toward full programs is a financial benefit, not an award of academic credit, and is subject to program terms and availability.
